Before launching Ellise Luxxe Consulting® LLC, Leslieann spent over 13 years embedded inside some of the world’s most recognizeable brands, managing digital merchandising, eCommerce strategy, and Go-To-Market execution across global markets spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Her work has driven double-digit conversion growth and multi-billion dollar revenue uplifts for organizations operating at the highest levels of commerce.
She has built and optimized online storefronts, led complex product launches, managed catalogs of 19,000+ SKUs, and aligned cross-functional teams across time zones, the kind of operational depth that most consultants simply don’t have.
